Two jobs that I like are librarian and football coach.
To be a good librarian, you have to be resourceful about everything related to the books at the library collection. Moreover, you have to be diligent, nice and helpful too.
Meanwhile, to be a great football coach/ manager like Pep Guardiola or Jose Mourinho, you need to be a good role model for your players, to be firm, creative and good at listening to the hidden issues which may cause discomfort in the team. You could even be a better one if you are inspiring too and good at motivating your players
